Summary

Placeholder is a simple app for squads to share availability (“go green”).

Data we collect

• Account info: when you sign in, we store your name and email (from your login provider) to create and manage your account.
• User identifier: we store an internal user ID and the provider user ID to keep your account stable.
• App data: squads you create/join, membership, and your green status/expiry.
• Push notifications (optional): if you enable notifications, we store a web push subscription token so we can send squad updates.

How we use your data

• App functionality: authenticate you, show your squads, and deliver squad notifications you’ve enabled.
• Security & integrity: prevent abuse and keep the service reliable.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use your data for third‑party advertising.
• We do not track you across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising purposes.

Sharing

We share your data only with service providers necessary to operate the app (for example, hosting and push delivery). We do not share data with data brokers.

Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account from the in‑app Account settings, which removes your user record and related data.

Your choices

• Push notifications: optional. You can enable/disable notifications in your device settings and in the app.
• Account deletion: available in Account settings.
